Petitioner has suffered a decree and the total decretal amount is stated to be Rs. 4,62,000/- as on 15.03.2025. Judgment debtor has, admittedly, made payment of Rs. 2,04,000/-. 2. The balance outstanding amount of Rs. 2,58,000/-. 3. The challenge in the present petition is, merely, with respect to the order dated 08.04.2025 whereby the learned Executing Court has directed issuance of arrest warrants. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner/judgment debtor submits that judgment debtor is ready to make payment of the balance decretal amount.
