Petitioner is defendant No.2 before the learned Trial Court and is defending a suit for possession filed under Section 6 of Specific Relief Act, 1963. 2. The grievance raised herein is very limited. 3. There was delay in filing list of witnesses and the learned Trial Court has, on account of such delay, refused to take such list on record. 4. Learned counsel for plaintiffs/respondents appears on advance notice and submits that the issues were framed by the learned Trial Court on 31.03.2023 and there was a direction to submit list of witnesses by both the parties within fifteen days.
