Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner had filed the above O.A. before the learned Tribunal stating therein that he is working as Lead Hand Fireman ‘A’ (hereinafter referred to as “LHF ‘A’ ”) at the Vehicle Subgroup Depot (hereinafter referred to as “VSD”), Delhi, which is part of the Fire Fighting Staff.
