This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (PB), New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’) in Original Application No. 2161/2024 (O.A.) titled Satish Kumar Badhalia v. Union of India through the Secretary & Ors., dismissing the said O.A. filed by the respondent herein. 3. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner had filed the above O.A. before the learned Tribunal stating therein that he is working as Lead Hand Fireman ‘A’ (hereinafter referred to as “LHF ‘A’ ”) at th
