Petitioner has filed a suit for possession, recovery of arrears of rent and damages against defendants i.e. Mr. Raghu Menon and his wife Ms. Pallavi Menon (respondents herein). 2. The grievance in the present petition is, merely, to the effect that there is delay in disposal of several applications and the learned Trial Court may, therefore, be requested to consider and expeditiously dispose of such applications, in accordance with law. 3.
