Petitioner has filed a suit for possession, recovery of arrears of rent and damages against defendants i.e. Mr. Raghu Menon and his wife Ms. Pallavi Menon (respondents herein). 2. The grievance in the present petition is, merely, to the effect that there is delay in disposal of several applications and the learned Trial Court may, therefore, be requested to consider and expeditiously dispose of such applications, in accordance with law. 3. According to plaintiff, he has moved an application under Order XII Rule 6 CPC and also under Order XXXIX Rule 10 CPC. 5. It seems that defendant-husband has also moved an application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC. 6. Learned Counsel for defendant-wife has no objection if all these applications are directed to be disposed of expeditiously. 7. The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 28.05.2025. 8. It also seems quite obvious that there is some matrimonial discord between the defendants. 9.
