The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner – Raja Singh under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of an appropriate writ directing the Respondent- New Delhi Municipal Council (hereinafter, ‘NDMC’) to restrain them from disturbing the Petitioner from squatting and vending in front of Shop No.1 besides stairs in front of Babu Market, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi-110023 (hereinafter, ‘said site’). 4.
