The present Petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) has been filed by the Petitioner seeking appointment of an independent Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes arising under a Definitive Agreement dated 27.02.2018. 2. Facts leading to the filing of the present petition are as follows:- a. The Petitioner is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) engaged in providing broadband and network infrastructure services.
