The Petitioner herein seeks to challenge a Judgment and Order dated 21.08.2018 passed by the Debt Recovery Appellant Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as “DRAT”) setting aside the Order dated 05.09.2014 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as “DRT”), whereby the DRT has disposed of an original application being O.A. No.56/2004 filed by the Petitioner herein and directed the Registry of the DRT to issue a recovery certificate for the sum of Rs.3,38,34,981.32/- alongwith the accrued interest @ 10% from the date of filing of the said application.
