A perusal of the petition indicates that Gata No.242 is recorded in the name of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (in short 'BPCL'). 3. Once the land is recorded in the name of BPCL, filing of the petition by the petitioner claiming public interest cannot be countenanced. 4. The petition has no substance.
