This writ petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, seeking a direction to the respondents to open 'Ishwariya Vishwavidyalay' for the purpose of spreading the message as indicated in the various representations made by the petitioner to the Prime Minister, Speaker of Lok Sabha, Secretary General of United Nations etc. Further submissions have been made that businessmen like respondent no. 4 are prepared to aid in this regard and, therefore, directions in this regard may be issued. 2. Having gone through the averments made in the petition and the documents annexed therewith, which are representations made to various authorities/private persons, we do not find it an appropriate case for exercising jurisdiction under public interest litigation. 3.
