This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents not to construct the Police Booth illegally, without permission and approval on road land in Gariawan Market, PS Mungra Badshahpur, Tehsil Machhlishahr, District Jaunpur. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that except for producing an extract of Khatauni and a cursory representation, nothing has been placed on record for this Court to come to the conclusion that the action of the respondents is contrary to law. 3. The petition of present nature, purportedly filed in public interest, essentially is a misuse of the provisions of filing writ petitions of the present nature which are filed in totally cursory and callous manner and the same cannot be entertained. 4. Consequently, the petition is dismissed. Order Date
