This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to hold an enquiry against one Rupesh Kumar Sonkar, the then Executive Engineer, Construction Wing, Public Works Department, Saharanpur. 2. Submissions have been made that the Chief Engineer (Complaints), Public Works Department, Lucknow, in his communication dated 08.08.2024, has forwarded a report to the Special Secretary regarding said Rupesh Kumar Sonkar, however, no action has been taken against him and therefore, the respondents be directed to take action against said Rupesh Kumar Sonkar. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner has not disclosed his credentials except for claiming that he has complied with the requirements under Rule 3A of Chapter XXII of the Allahabad High Court Rules,
