In compliance with the order dated 11.04.2025, the Tehsildar, Sadar, District Mirzapur has submitted a report along with a covering letter dated 22.04.2025 annexing therewith a copy of the order dated 03.02.2025, rejecting the restoration application giving rise to Case No. RST/12537/2024, Rajkumar Singh v. Report Lekhpal. Mr. Bramha Prakash Mishra, learned Counsel appears on behalf of respondent No. 4 and states that his appeal from the said order is pending. Be that as it may, looking to the limited relief claimed in the writ petition, there was never a cause of action for the petitioner to move this Court since the restoration application had already been decided when this writ petition was filed.
