Pursuant to the directions given by the Court, instructions have been produced by learned Standing Counsel inter-alia indicating that respondent no. 7 was illegally operating a hospital/respondent no. 6, which has been seized and further proceedings are underway against the said respondent nos. 6 & 7. Further indications have been made that even the petitioner no. 1 was operating pathological and digital x-ray center illegally, which also have been seized and against him also steps are being taken. 2. In view of the above fact situation, wherein it is found that the allegations against respondent nos. 6 & 7 made in the petition were correct and now the State respondents have taken action and further the petitioner no. 1 himself has indulged in wrong doing, expecting the State respondents to
