The order impugned has been passed on the application made by the petitioner, filing of a public interest litigation, in a case wherein the application made by the petitioner has been rejected, cannot be countenanced. 3. In view thereof, the petition is dismissed. 4. The petitioner would be free to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
