A written instructions in this regard signed by the Sub Divisional Officer and the Tehsildar dated 07.04.2025 have been produced before the Court along with the report of the Collector, Ballia dated 08.04.2025 submitted to the learned Chief Standing Counsel. The report of the Collector and the Sub Divisional Officer etc. together with the enclosed papers are taken on record. 2.
