In compliance with the order dated 16.04.2025, the District Magistrate, Sant Ravidas Nagar has filed his own affidavit, where in paragraph nos. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, it is averred: 7- That the above land of Charagah has been inspected, the records were also inspection and demarcation of the land was made by the Revenue Team. On a part of the aforesaid Arazi No.17, a Primary School is constructed, which at present is being run, however, against the total 10 illegal occupants upon the aforesaid Arazi, cases under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 were instituted, which are as follows:- SI.
