This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, with the allegations that respondent No. 7 was indulging in use of electricity without legal connection and that the transformer from the electricity line has been connected in a temporary form and that the complaints made to the electricity department, in this regard, have not been adverted to. 2. Instructions have been produced, inter alia, denying the allegations. Submissions have been made that a proper electricity connection has been issued to respondent No. 7 and there is no theft of electricity as alleged. Further, on inspection being made, the allegations made in this regard have been found to be incorrect. 3. In view of the specific assertions made by the respondents in the instructions, we do no
