This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to enquire into the matter and take appropriate action against respondent nos. 5 to 7 in relation to their illegal encroachment over Khasra no. 2216 area ad-measuring 16 biswa including 63 sq. meter purchased land of the Nagar Palika Parishad, Mawana, District : Meerut. 2. Submission has been made that petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing Public Interest Litigation No. 2488 of 2023, wherein a statement was made that the rent of the shop in question was being realized by Nagar Palika Parishad based on which, the petition was dismissed, however, now indications have been made that the rent is not being recovered by the Nagar Palika Parishad and therefore, a fresh petition has been filed seeking the same relief as was claimed
