A personal affidavit has been filed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil- Sahjanwa, District- Gorakhpur in Court today. Let it be taken on record and numbered by the office. 2. In paragraph nos. 7 to 10 of the aforesaid affidavit, it is averred: "7. That on the report of the Area Lekhpal on R.C. Prapatra-19 Tehsildar has registered Case No.T202505310602326 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Asthbhuja) under section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 issued notice to the encroacher on R.C. Prapatra-20 which has been served upon the encroacher. 8. That after receiving the notice on R.C. Prapatra-20 encroacher has removed illegal encroachment over part of the Araji No.69. For kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court, a photo copy of the photographs on R.C.
