In compliance with the interim mandamus dated 07.04.2025, the Collector has ensured construction of chaknali in plot no. 639/0.024 hectares of village Allahabad, Tappa Baki, Pargana- Haveli, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Maharajganj on 18.04.2025. This was apparently done by a Revenue Team in the presence of the petitioner, the Village Pradhan and the other persons. The chaknali is said to be functional. The learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute these facts. 3. In view of the aforesaid events, no cause of action survives in this petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record.
