Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2 & 3 for evacuation of Banjar Land having land Khata No. 00449, Gata No. 618 area 0.4430 Hectare situated at Village and Pargana Devrakha, Pargana and Tehsil Patti, District Pratapgarh, from trespassers and unauthorized occupants Opposite Party No. 5 and 6, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an equally efficacious remedy by approaching the respondent authority under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition disposed of.
