The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the opp. Parties specially the opp. Party No. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment of the Opp. party No. 8 to 10 from the land gata No 520 area 0.2150 hec. situated at village Katuri Khurd, Tehsil Fatehpur, District Barabanki which is recorded as Marghat in the revenue record with immediate effect, but the opp. party No.5 to 7 instead of removing the illegal encroachment providing shelter to them." 3.
