The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite orders being passed, the same are not being executed for removal of unauthorized occupation. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner can file an application under Clause 460 of the U.P. Revenue Code Manual for execution of the award, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file such an application, if so advised which shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
