The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party no. 1 to 5 to remove the illegal encroachment and construction of opposite party no. 6 and 7 over the reserve land of "Pond" bearing Gata No. 238, area measuring 0.1090 hectare, situated at Village-Maduana, Tehsil-Aalapur, District-Ambedkar Nagar." 3. Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings under section 67 have already been initiated. 4. In view thereof, the petition is disposed off with direction to conclude the proceedings expeditiously as per the time prescribed under the statute.
