The grievance raised in the present writ petition pertains to removal of unauthorized encroachment upon Gata No. 57, measuring 0.320 hectare, situated at Village Sarwa, Police Station Phoolbehad, District Khiri. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for respondent no. 5, Gram Panchayat, on the basis of instructions, have submitted that steps have already been taken and the unauthorized encroachment has been removed from the land in question.
