The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "[I] Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties Nos. 2 to 6 to ensure the strict compliance of order dated 16.11.2024 passed by opposite party No. 4 in Case No. 1845/2024, computerized Case No.T202408150201845 (Gaon Sabha Versus Suleman) Under Section-67 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, in its letter and spirit, to meet the ends of justice, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions states that in terms of the order dated 16.11.2024, recovery proceedings have already been initiated. 4. Considering the abovesaid statement, the present petition is disposed off direc
