Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 to dispossess the O.P. No. 6 from illegal encroachment from the Gram Sabha land bearing Gata no. 267/0.115 hectare situated at Village Tanda Khulasa, Pargana-Rudauli, Tehsil - Ruduali, District - Ayodhya." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the offending construction has already been removed. 4. In view thereof, no further direction is required. 5.
