Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No. 2 to 4 for removal of illegal/unlawful encroachment of the Private Opposite Party No - 6 from the Public Utility land i.e. Gata No. 336, Area 0.0780 Hect. of Village - Masupur, Tehsil - Nanpara, District - Bahraich, which is recorded as Main Path (ममखय ममरर ) in the revenue records. II. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No. 3 to take necessary action upon the application of petitioner dated 24/01/2025 against the Private Opposite Party No -6." 3.
