This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties/ Authorities concern to ensure release of village land i.e. Khad Gaddha and Parti bearing Survey No. 1367 Mi area 0.073 hectare and bearing Survey No. 1364 Mi area o.263 hectare, recorded as khad Gaddha and Parti land in the revenue record situate-OAT-d in the Village Sidhiyawan Pragna- Jagdishpur, Tahsil- Musafirkhana District- Amethi, which are recorded as public utility land in the revenue record, from illegal encroachment of the land grabbers and restore it to its original shape." 3.
