The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 04.02.2025 whereby, the notices issued to the respondents under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 were dropped. 3. Learned Standing Counsel and the counsel for the respondent state that an appeal lies against the said order under Section 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Upholding the said objection, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal by filing appropriate appeal.
