Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking disposal of the applications filed for removal of the unauthorized constructions by respondent no.4 on the public utility land. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that the petitioner's father and respondent no.4's father were co- tenure holders of the property and the property has not been divided by metes and bounds. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not even disclosed his relation with respondent no.4, he cannot be permitted to approach this Court through a Public Interest Litigation. 5. No ground for interference is made out. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail his private remedies in accordance with law. 6. Present petition is accordingly dismissed.
