The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing Opposite Party Nos.1 to 3 to take immediate action for the removal of illegal encroachment on public Nali situated at Gata No. 385/0.0270 Hectare in Village: Samaisa, Pargana Amsin, Tehsil Sadar, District Ayodhya, and also direct the opposite party No.1&2 to personally supervise the removal process and ensure that the encroachment does not recur in the future with in short reasonable period to be prescribed by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice." 3.
