The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents particularly the respondent no-2 to 4 to take appropriate steps for removal of illegal encroachment made by the respondent no-6 and 7 over Chak Marg i.e. Gata No-491 situated at village -Sarai Govind Rai, Tehsil pargana and District - Pratapgarh." 3.
