Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties Nos.2 to 4 to get removed the encroachment over Chak Marg Gata No.965 area 0.0320 hectare, situate in Village Sadarpur, Pargana Chanda, Tehsil Lambhua, District Sultanpur, which has been encroached by the opposite parties Nos.6 & 7, in accordance with law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based on the instructions which are taken on record, states that there are no encroachments over the land as alleged. 4.
