A personal affidavit has been filed by the Tehsildar, Tehsil- Machhlishahr, District- Jaunpur in Court today. Let it be taken on record and numbered by the office. In paragraph nos. 6 and 7 of the aforesaid affidavit, it is averred: "6. That, in compliance to the directions issued by this Hon'ble Court, Spot inspection of the Chak Marg No. 102 and 104 situated at Village Khariayamau, Pargana Ghisua, Tehsil Machhlishahar, Jaunpur was done in presence of Village Pradhan and Villagers but the petitioner was not present, his cousin brother Narendra Singh and his grandson Ayush were present. Photo Copy of their statement and photographs along with spot memo are being filed herewith and marked as ANNEXURE NO. 1 to this affidavit. 7. That in enquiry it was found that Gata No. 102/ 0.28 Hectares, Gata No. 104/0.016 Hectares were recorded as Chak Marg under the category 6(2) in Kkatau
