This is the second writ petition filed by the petitioner for the same relief as was agitated in PIL Civil No.7085 of 2019. The previous writ petition was disposed of on 21.08.2019 with certain directions which gave rise to an intra-court appeal registered as Special Appeal No.437 of 2019 wherein an interim stay against the order dated 21.08.2019 was granted by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The special appeal is still pending. Thus, we decline to entertain the present PIL and leave it open for the petitioner to make an appropriate application in the pending appeal regarding the prayer as made.
