The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite parties to remove encroachment from at Gata No.486 (Chak Marg) and Gata Number 176 (Khad Ka Gaddha) situated in village Wajidpur, Bambhaura, Tehsil Nawabganj, District Barabanki." 3. Considering the fact that a remedy is available under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an application under section 26 of the UP Revenue Code before the opposite party no.3 who shall pass orders thereupon in accordance with law within the time as prescribed by the statute.
