The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To, issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 1 to 3 to remove the illegal encroachment of the respondent no. 5 and 6 made over the Gram Sabha Land/"Naveen Parti Land" bearing gata no. 1161 area 0.205 hectare situated at Village - Achakapur, Majre - Khairabeeru, Pargana and Tehsil - Haidergarh, District - Barabanki." 3. Standing counsel based upon the instructions states that an order of eviction has already been passed, however a recall application has been filed, which is pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off with direction to decide the recall application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of ninety days.
