Sri Dinesh Kumar Verma, learned standing counsel for the State is directed to serve a copy of the instruction upon learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day. 2. Counter affidavit filed by Sri Joveen Kumar, learned counsel for respondent no.6 is taken on record. 3. Vakalatnama filed by Sri Shyamdhar Pandey, learned counsel on behalf of respondent no.6 is taken on record. 2. Sri Dinesh Kumar Verma, learned standing counsel for the State, on the basis of instructions, submitted that proceeding initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against private respondent no.6 has been dropped by the Tehsildar vide order 30.12.2023.
