The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.2 to 4 to ensure the removal of illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no.6 to 10 upon Gata No.1618 situated at Village Purabajgoti Pagana Bidahar, Tehsil Alapur, District Ambedkar Nagar, recorded as Main Path in revenue records." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated agaisnt the illegal encroachment. 4. Considering the statement of the learned A.G.A., the present petition is disposed off with a direction to conclude the proceedings of Section 67 in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of days
