The writ petition virtually is directed against the license granted in favour of a third party who is not impleaded as a respondent to the writ petition. Even the license granted to him for running the liquor shop in question has not been placed on record. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant PIL with liberty to file the same afresh annexing all the relevant documents constituting the cause and by impleading the necessary parties to the petition. The present PIL is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. .
