The present PIL has been filed by the petitioner for the following prayer : "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 2 to 4 for taking appropriate action for removing the encroachment from the Khadanja Road which has been constructed over the Gaon Sabha land i.e. Gata No. 489, 491, 493 and 494Ka situate at Village- Nigoliya, Post- Dhammour, Pargana-Meeranpur, Tehsil - Sadar, District- Sultanpur from the opposite party No. 6 to 8." 3.
