The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the respondent no.5 is encroaching the Kharanja road by putting soil on it. 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions has produced a report to indicate that no Kharanja road has ever been constructed over the property in question. 4. In view of the abovesaid report, no relief as prayed for can be granted. The writ petition is dismissed. 5. This order has been passed in the presence of Sri Sachin Tiwari, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no.5. 6.
