From the photographs placed on record, it cannot be deciphered that the park situated in the locality requires construction of a boundary wall which has already been constructed from all the sides. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties have however stated that in case there is any damage caused to the boundary wall at any place, the same shall be looked into by the Lucknow Development Authority/Nagar Nigam, Lucknow and necessary repairs shall be carried out at the earliest. 4.
