The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2 & 3 to remove the encroachment from land Gata No. 99 min (reserve for pond land), situated in village Kusumbhi, Pargana Sidhaur, Tehsil Haidergarh, District Barabanki (contained as Annexure No. 2), in the interest of justice." 3. Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that some encroachments have already been removed and with regard to others, the case has been filed which is pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off with direction to decide the pending case in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of ninety days.
