The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite parties to remove encroachment over gata number 593, 591 and gata number 590 recorded as Mukhya Marg, Khad ka Gadha and Banjar situated in village Sujauli, Tehsil Kunda, District Pratapgarh." 3. Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that an order has already been passed and in few cases, the same are pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the petition is disposed off with direction to conclude the proceedings in the pending cases expeditiously preferably within a period of ninety days.
