Submissions have been made that the shop where Annapurna Bhawan should have been constructed is at Gram Sabha Madhopur and not at Majra Vikrampur. It is claimed that in Madhopur, there are about 400 ration card holders, which aspect has not been taken into consideration and in case, the Bhawan is constructed at Vikrampur, the residents of Madhopur would suffer. 3.
