There is a further prayer that a mandamus be issued directing the respondents to constitute a high level committee to inquire into and submit a report and take suitable action against the accused about the demolition and illegal encroachment made on the Gram Panchayat Bhawan of village Soni, Block Bahadurpur, Tehsil Phoolpur, district Prayagraj.
