This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the land in question comprised in Khasra No. 136 is recorded as Johad, however, the same has been given by the Gram Pradhan to respondent no. 8 for cultivation and, therefore, the respondents be directed to get the same vacated and the land of pond be restored. 2. A perusal of the writ petition indicates that except for producing the khatauni pertaining to the land in question and its map and two complaints made by the petitioner, nothing has been placed on record to substantiate the allegations as made. Further, from the report of Block Development Officer dated 04.09.2024, it is apparent that when the Gram Panchayat Officer went for inspection in terms of the complaint, the petitioner was not present and reiterated his complaint on telephone. 3. Nothing has been placed o
