Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party no.2 to 4 to get remove the illegal encroachment/possession of the opposite party no.5 to 7 from the land gata no.867/0.042 hec. old number 1182 which was recorded as Pond Land in the revenue record, situated at Kasba and Tehsil, Ram Nagar, District Barabanki with immediate effect. 3. Pond land is alleged to have been encroached upon by some private parties, who have been impleaded as respondent nos.5 to 7. 4.
